Hill Haven is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is intended for relaxing getaways with family and friends. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered overnight guests are permitted, and additional visitors require prior approval. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud music, outdoor speakers, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Violations may result in termination of the reservation in accordance with booking-platform policies and applicable law. Guests are responsible for documented property damage and excessive cleaning costs. Downtown Prescott’s restaurants, shops, and attractions are a short drive away. The Mountain Club playground and Boyle/DeBusk Open Space Preserve are also a short walk through the neighborhood.
