We are a Bed & Breakfast less than 3 miles to Downtown Prescott, yet you feel like you're in the middle of the woods. Monday-Thursday we serve a breakfast to go muffin/pastry and yogurt with fresh fruit. Friday-Sunday we serve a full breakfast upstairs in our dining room. You will have a private fenced yard with grass and a covered outside sitting area and gas fire pit for you to relax and enjoy. There is $30 pet fee per stay

You’ll be staying in the cozy lower-level guest suite which has a queen-sized sleigh bed and closet for hanging up your clothes and stashing your bags. The sitting area is all yours and includes another queen-sized bed for two more of your guests. A refrigerator, microwave and Keurig are available in this space too. The double doors of your private entrance open out to the lawn and sitting area for you to relax and unwind. Breakfast is included with your stay, with fresh eggs from our own chickens along with fruit and veggies from our garden when in season. Note some upstairs noise may be heard during daytime hours though we do our best to minimize this. We do not serve breakfast on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day or New Years Day We do have another suite available on this property listed as Oak Knoll Bungalow if you need additional space please see my other listing.

We have picked some of the best massage therapists in the area to come and give massages at our place so when you book with us, we can send you those recommendations! Pick the one you like and give them a call to check availability. Wildlife is in the area there are Deer, Javelina, Coyotes, Predatory birds and the occasional Black bear. Please be mindful when exploring. Javelina look cute but have poor eyesight give them space especially with dogs. Keep dogs leashed when exploring outside of the fenced area. Please keep all gates closed and do not leave food outside.

The lower-level unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, sitting room, and bathroom are private and all yours to use. There is an additional queen bed beside the sitting room for your guest to use. There is a laundry area that is available if you need to freshen up your clothes. This space also has a private fenced in yard with electric bbq and gas fire pit.
