Welcome to your private Prescott retreat, located just 3 miles from downtown yet set in Prescott National Forest. This charming guest house sits close to Goldwater Lake, scenic hiking trails, and outdoor recreation areas. Spend your days exploring Prescott’s historic downtown, kayaking, fishing at nearby lakes, or hiking through the Prescott National Forest. In the evening, return to your quiet guest house and relax under Arizona’s incredible starry skies. There is a $50 pet fee per stay

Oak Knoll Bungalow is a spacious detached guest house that features a Master bedroom with a King size bed and extra-large walk-in closet. Floor cot mattress is available for use located in the master closet. There is a full well stocked kitchen with Keurig machine, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster Oven and Air Fryer. In the living room there is a Queen size murphy bed, and Queen-size pull-out couch. A small private office with a door is equipped with a desk, chair and monitor. This space has a shared fenced in yard please be mindful with your dog's we have chickens, dogs and children in the area of this yard. We have a rooster who is up at 7:30 am there is a sound machine and fan in the guest house for you to use if you wish to sleep in. We do have another guest suite available on this property listed as Oak Knoll B&B if you need additional space see my other listing.

Other Details to Note

We have picked some of the best massage therapists in the area to come and give massages at our place so when you book with us, we can send you those recommendations! Pick the one you like and give them a call to check availability. Wildlife is in the area there are Deer, Javelina, Coyotes Predatory birds and the occasional Black bear and Mountain Lions, please be mindful when exploring. Javelina look cute but have poor eyesight give them space. Keep dogs leashed when exploring outside of the fenced area. Please keep all gates closed and do not leave food outside.

We have Starlink internet, Rokus on each tv with subscriptions to Disney, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN. You can access the fenced in shared yard right off your porch.
